This page guides new FUYL administrators through configuration of both the FUYL Portal and their FUYL Smart Lockers, with simple steps presented in the recommended order.
Before your Lockers arrive
Welcome to FUYL! Once you've received notification of your FUYL.io account creation, there are a number of steps you can take to prepare your environment and configure to get a head start!
- Plan identity and sign-in Choose how users will authenticate at the Kiosk.
- Set up SSO and provisioning Connect your identity provider to the FUYL Portal.
- Create workflows Decide how each locker will be used.
- Check networking Allow the locker and Kiosk to reach the FUYL Portal.
- Install the Kiosk app Prepare the iPad that runs the FUYL Kiosk.
With your FUYL Smart Lockers
Once your FUYL Lockers have arrived and you've reviewed the steps above, the following guides help to install and set them up on your FUYL.io account.
- Install the locker Unpack, move and secure it safely.
- Mount the Kiosk Fit the iPad in the FUYL Kiosk mount.
- 8aSet up the locker (New) Pair it with the Kiosk and connect it to your account.
- 8bSet up the locker (Migration) Moving from FUYL Classic? Follow this instead of setting up a new locker.
