The Device Loaning workflow allows authorised users to borrow a device from the locker and return it when they are finished. This article covers the steps a user follows at the FUYL Kiosk for both.

The button labels shown below are the defaults. Administrators can rename them to suit their organisation, so the labels on a Kiosk may differ from those used here.

Loaning a device

1. Select Loaning The user selects Loaning, then Loan a device.
2. Authenticate The user signs in.
3. Choose a workflow Only if the user can use more than one loan workflow.
4. Take the device A bay opens, and the user unplugs the device.
5. Close the bay

Returning a device

1. Select Loaning The user selects Loaning, then Return a device.
2. Identify the device The user enters the device ID, or scans its barcode if configured.
3. Return the device A bay opens, and the user plugs the device in.
4. Close the bay
