Overview
Account settings apply to the whole FUYL account, across every site, kiosk and workflow. They can be found in the FUYL Portal under Settings > Account .
Language
Language sets the language and regional options everywhere in FUYL, including the FUYL Portal and the FUYL Kiosk. Options are currently:
- English (Australia)
- English (United States)
Note: To request more options, please contact support.
Timezone
Timezone sets the local time for the account. Select the timezone the lockers are in, for example (GMT+10:00) Australia/Brisbane. The list includes every standard region, so pick the city that matches the local daylight saving rules rather than just the offset.
The account's timezone is used for:
- times shown in the FUYL Portal
- times in automation messages
- scheduling station firmware updates
If a time in the Portal or an automation message is hours out, check this setting first.
Note: The FUYL Kiosk shows times in the iPad's own timezone, so one account can cover lockers in different timezones. If times or due dates at the Kiosk look wrong, check Settings > General > Date & Time on the iPad and turn on Set Automatically.
Who can change these settings
Only Admins can edit the language, region and timezone. See Roles and Permissions for more on what each role is allowed.
