Your locker can be configured so that bays become unavailable after they have been accessed. This can be used to in a break-fix workflow to limit access to a device that is in a bay once the bay is closed.
Setting up the take bays offline feature on an account
- Log in Log in to the LocknCharge Cloud.
- Select the Account node Select the Account level node in the Connected Stations list.
- Open the settings tab Select the Settings tab from the right-hand side panel.
- Turn on the option Toggle on the “Take bay offline when accessed” option.
- Bays go offline when accessed The bay will now be set to offline after the bay has been accessed.
Setting Up the take bays offline feature for a Node or Locker
Authorized users and locker settings configurations are inherited from the Account node . If desired settings can be overridden and applied to individual lockers or groups of lockers (nodes) by selecting the node or locker at any level.
- Log in Log into the LocknCharge Cloud.
- Open the Dashboard Select Dashboard in the left control panel.
- Select the node or locker Select the desired node or locker within the Connected Stations list.
- Open the settings tab Select the settings tab from the right-hand panel.
- Override the setting Toggle the ‘Inherited’ switch next to ‘Take bay offline when accessed’ to ‘Overridden’.
