Your locker can be configured so that users can only reserve one bay at a time. This can be used to limit users to one device in Check-Out/Check-In or Loaner Device workflows.
Setting up the user reservation limit
- Log in Log in to the LocknCharge Cloud
- Open the Dashboard Select Dashboard in the left control panel
- Select the Account node Select the Account level node in the Connected Stations panel
- Open the settings tab Select the Settings tab from the right-hand side panel
- Turn on the limit Toggle on the “Limit users to one reservation at a time” option
- Limit applied Users will now be limited to one reservation at a time
Note this setting applies to the entire account and cannot be overridden below the account node.
If a user attempts to reserve more than one bay, they will see an “User is already assigned to a bay” error on the locker's display.
